Hooks can be projected in two fixed positions: min. 20 mm.– max. 250 mm.
Log centring by means of independent projection of hooks, featuring:
projection regulated by using the push button control at 20 to 250 mm (projection can be set at any in-between position)
possibility to limit max. projection to either 60 or 150 mm
possibility to select the point of rotation and exclude the headblocks unused during the alignment.
Automatic alignment of log by means of photocells and linear potentiometers (only with log centering hooks).
This requires an electronic positioner with 12“ touch screen, incorporated industrial computer and PLC with axis control (PRIM 602-C).With double control switchboard only.
Double lateral control switchboard with seat, arms and pedal for commanding the feed unit. Multiple joy-sticks available on request.
